I found that similar settings work on similar style cars. For example, your settings for the Dodge Viper SRT GT3 '15 can be applied to the Mercedes-AMG GT3 '16. The Mercedes-AMG GT3 does not have the best top speed, other than that it is amazing with the Viper's settings. Same goes for the Ford GT Race Car '18.

Went to the GT Auto and installed Custom Body Parts to the front and rear of the car. That unlocks the Downforce adjustments in the Car Settings. Fiddled with them a bit and yeah, went from spinnity spin-spin figure skater to a moderately spinning prone ballerina. A improvement, but far from the planted and easy to drive base car.
The Final is more of an Acceleration Setting, If its more toward 50%, you will Accel a bit Faster, But if its more toward 35%, you will Peak more speed. The Downforce isnt a Requirement, and doesnt aid the speed that much, if you do have it, and use the settings though, it should help with cornering at high speeds. XNhW.
